Terms, Conditions & Binding Travel Agreement

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer (“Client/Traveler”) and Go Bharat Travels (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By making any booking, payment, or inquiry through us, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1. Nature of Business & Limitation of Role

Go Bharat Travels acts solely as an intermediary/booking agent between the Client and third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers, visa agencies, and tour operators.

The Company does not own, operate, manage, or control these third-party services. Therefore, we shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, default, delay, injury, loss, damage, accident, or irregularity caused by any third-party service provider.

2. Booking & Contract Formation

A contract between the Client and Go Bharat Travels is formed only upon:

  • Receipt of required payment, and

  • Issuance of written confirmation by the Company.

Until written confirmation is provided, no booking shall be deemed final. The Company reserves the absolute right to decline or cancel any booking request prior to confirmation without assigning any reason.

3. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable advance/token amount is mandatory to initiate booking.

  • Full payment must be made within the deadline communicated.

  • Failure to pay the balance amount on time shall result in automatic cancellation without further notice.

  • In such cases, all amounts paid shall stand forfeited.

All bank charges, gateway charges, TCS, GST, remittance charges, and currency conversion differences shall be borne solely by the Client.

4. Strict No Cancellation Policy

All confirmed bookings are strictly non-cancellable.

Under no circumstances shall cancellation be permitted once services are confirmed, including but not limited to:

  • Personal reasons

  • Medical emergencies

  • Visa rejection/delay

  • Flight cancellation

  • Change of travel plans

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemic-related disruptions

  • No-show

In all such cases, 100% of the total booking amount shall be forfeited.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Go Bharat Travels are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refund shall be granted for:

  • Cancellation requests

  • Unused services

  • Early departure

  • Late arrival

  • Visa rejection or delay

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Force majeure events

  • Any personal circumstances

Refund eligibility, if any, depends entirely on third-party supplier approval. Even if any refund is processed by a supplier, the Company reserves the right to deduct service charges, processing fees, and administrative costs.

6. Amendment / Rescheduling Policy

Any request for amendment (including but not limited to date changes, name corrections, hotel upgrades, flight changes, passenger changes) shall:

  • Be subject to availability

  • Require written request

  • Be approved solely at the discretion of service providers

All amendments shall attract additional charges including:

  • Airline penalties

  • Fare differences

  • Hotel penalty charges

  • Service fees

  • Currency fluctuation differences

Approval of amendment is not guaranteed.

7. Price Variation & Currency Fluctuation

All package prices are subject to change due to:

  • Dynamic airfare revisions

  • Hotel tariff adjustments

  • Supplier rate modifications

  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations

  • Government tax revisions

  • Fuel surcharges

Any increase in price occurring before ticket issuance or service confirmation must be borne by the Client immediately.

8. Visa & Immigration Disclaimer

Go Bharat Travels provides visa assistance services only and does not guarantee visa approval.

The Company shall not be responsible for:

  • Visa rejection

  • Visa delay

  • Embassy decision

  • Immigration refusal at departure or arrival

  • Incomplete documentation submitted by Client

No refund shall be provided in case of visa rejection or immigration denial.

9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not mandatory unless specified. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, medical emergency, accident, or financial damage arising during travel.

10. Airline & Schedule Changes

Airlines have the right to:

  • Reschedule flights

  • Cancel flights

  • Change aircraft type

  • Modify routes

Go Bharat Travels shall not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to such changes. Any additional costs arising from airline modifications shall be borne by the Client.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • War or terrorism

  • Political unrest

  • Strikes

  • Government travel restrictions

  • Pandemic

  • Civil disturbances

In such cases, no refund, compensation, or liability shall arise against the Company.

12. Client Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for:

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)

  • Valid visa

  • Required travel documents

  • Compliance with local laws

  • Vaccination requirements

  • Baggage rules

  • Timely airport reporting

Failure to comply shall not make the Company liable.

13. Indemnification Clause

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go Bharat Travels, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, legal expense, or demand arising out of:

  • Breach of terms

  • Misconduct

  • Travel-related disputes

  • Third-party service failures

  • Misrepresentation by the Client

14. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the total liability of Go Bharat Travels exceed the total service fee charged by the Company (excluding supplier costs).

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

15. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with booking and payment, the Client irrevocably confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions without objection.
